道後温泉Dōgo Onsen

愛媛えひめ県けんは四国しこくの北西ほくせい部ぶに位置いちする県けんです。みかんをはじめとする柑橘類かんきつるいの生産せいさんが盛さかんで、全国ぜんこく有数ゆうすうの産地さんちとして知しられています。日本にほん最古さいこ級きゅうの温泉おんせんといわれる道後どうご温泉おんせんや、松山まつやま城じょうが人気にんきです。今治いまばりタオルの産地さんちであり、しまなみ海道かいどうはサイクリングの聖地せいちとしても有名ゆうめいです。

Ehime lies in northwestern Shikoku. Citrus growing, led by mandarin oranges, thrives here, making it one of Japan's foremost producing regions. Dogo Onsen, said to be among Japan's oldest hot springs, and Matsuyama Castle are popular. It is the home of Imabari towels, and the Shimanami Kaido is famous as a mecca for cyclists.

Ehime is a "citrus kingdom" ranking at the top nationally for mandarins and other citrus. Grown on sunny, sea-facing slopes in a mild climate, its sweet, juicy Ehime mikan are enjoyed across the country.

松山まつやま市しの道後どうご温泉おんせんは、日本にほん最古さいこ級きゅうといわれる歴史れきしある温泉おんせんです。夏目なつめ漱石そうせきの小説しょうせつ「坊ぼっちゃん」にも登場とうじょうし、風格ふうかくある木造もくぞうの道後どうご温泉おんせん本館ほんかんは、その趣おもむきある佇たたずまいで今いまも多おおくの観光かんこう客きゃくを魅了みりょうしています。
Dogo Onsen in Matsuyama is a historic hot spring said to be among the oldest in Japan. It appears in Soseki Natsume's novel "Botchan," and its dignified wooden main building still enchants many visitors with its atmospheric charm.
松山まつやま城じょう

松山まつやま城じょうは、市しの中心ちゅうしんにある山の上やまのうえに築きずかれた城しろで、江戸えど時代じだいからの天守てんしゅが現存げんそんする貴重きちょうな城しろの一ひとつです。ロープウェイやリフトで山頂さんちょうへ上のぼることができ、天守てんしゅからは松山まつやまの市街しがいや瀬戸内海せとないかいを一望いちぼうできます。
Matsuyama Castle stands atop a hill in the city center and is one of the few castles retaining an original Edo-period keep. Visitors can ride a ropeway or chairlift to the summit, where the keep commands views over Matsuyama and the Seto Inland Sea.

しまなみ海道かいどうは、愛媛えひめ県けんと広島ひろしま県けんを瀬戸内海せとないかいの島々しまじまを通とおって結むすぶ道路どうろです。橋はしを自転車じてんしゃで渡わたることができ、美うつくしい多た島しま美びの景色けしきを楽たのしめる「サイクリストの聖地せいち」として世界せかい的てきに人気にんきを集あつめています。
The Shimanami Kaido is a route linking Ehime and Hiroshima across the islands of the Seto Inland Sea. Its bridges can be crossed by bicycle, and it is world-famous as a "cyclists' holy land" offering beautiful views of the scattered islands.
