広島ひろしま県けんは中国ちゅうごく地方ちほうの瀬戸内海せとないかい側がわに位置いちする県けんです。世界せかいで初はじめて原子げんし爆弾ばくだんが投下とうかされた地ちであり、平和へいわへの願ねがいを伝つたえる原爆げんばくドームと、海うみに浮うかぶ大鳥居おおとりいで有名ゆうめいな厳島いつくしま神社じんじゃという二ふたつの世界せかい遺産いさんがあります。広島ひろしま風ふうお好み焼このみやきや牡蠣かきなどのグルメも人気にんきを集あつめています。

Hiroshima lies on the Seto Inland Sea side of the Chugoku region. As the first city in the world to suffer an atomic bombing, it holds two World Heritage sites: the Atomic Bomb Dome, which conveys a wish for peace, and Itsukushima Shrine, famous for its great torii gate standing in the sea. Its cuisine, from Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki to oysters, is also popular.

広島ひろしま市しは、一いち九きゅう四よん五ご年ねんに世界せかいで初はじめて原子げんし爆弾ばくだんが投下とうかされた都市としです。被爆ひばくした建物たてものを残のこす原爆げんばくドームは平和へいわ記念きねん公園こうえんの象徴しょうちょうとして世界せかい遺産いさんに登録とうろくされ、平和へいわの尊とうとさと戦争せんそうの悲惨ひさんさを世界せかいに伝つたえています。
Hiroshima City was the first place in the world to suffer an atomic bombing, in 1945. The Atomic Bomb Dome, a preserved bombed building, stands as the symbol of the Peace Memorial Park and, as a World Heritage site, conveys the preciousness of peace to the world.

海うみの上うえに朱色しゅいろの大鳥居おおとりいが立たつ厳島いつくしま神社じんじゃは、宮島みやじまにある美うつくしい神社じんじゃです。潮しおの満みち引びきによって景色けしきが変かわる幻想げんそう的てきな姿すがたは「日本にほん三景さんけい」の一ひとつに数かぞえられ、世界せかい遺産いさんにも登録とうろくされています。
Itsukushima Shrine, with its vermilion great torii rising from the sea, is a beautiful shrine on the island of Miyajima. Its dreamlike appearance, shifting with the tides, is counted among Japan's "three great views" and is inscribed as World Heritage.

広島ひろしま県けんのお好み焼このみやきは、生地きじと具ぐ材ざいを混まぜずに重かさねて焼やき、そばを加くわえるのが特徴とくちょうです。ボリューム満点まんてんでソースの香こうばしさが食欲しょくよくをそそり、地元じもとで深ふかく愛あいされるソウルフードとなっています。
Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is made by layering the batter and toppings rather than mixing them, with noodles added in. Hearty and fragrant with savory sauce, it is a soul food deeply loved by locals.

Hiroshima is Japan's top oyster producer, accounting for most of the national harvest. Raised in the calm Seto Inland Sea, its large, creamy oysters are enjoyed in many forms, from grilled oysters to deep-fried kaki-fry.
