三重みえ県けんは近畿きんき地方ちほうの東部とうぶ、太平洋たいへいように面めんした県けんです。日本人にほんじんの心こころのふるさととされる伊勢神宮いせじんぐうがあり、多おおくの参拝さんぱい者しゃが訪おとずれます。最さい高級こうきゅうブランドの松阪まつさか牛うしや、志摩しま地方ちほうの真珠しんじゅ、伊賀いがの忍者にんじゃでも知しられ、世界せかい遺産いさんの熊野くまの古道こどうも県内けんないを通とおっています。

Mie is an eastern Kansai prefecture facing the Pacific. It is home to Ise Jingu, regarded as a spiritual home of the Japanese people, which draws many pilgrims. Mie is also known for premium Matsusaka beef, the pearls of the Shima area, and the ninja of Iga, while the World Heritage Kumano Kodo pilgrimage routes also pass through it.

伊勢神宮いせじんぐうは、皇室こうしつの祖先そせんとされる神かみをまつる、日本にほんで最もっとも格式かくしきの高たかい神社じんじゃの一ひとつです。「お伊勢いせさん」と親したしまれ、二に十じゅう年ねんごとに社殿しゃでんを新あたらしく建て替たてかえる「式年しきねん遷宮せんぐう」が今いまも続つづけられています。
Ise Jingu is one of Japan's most prestigious shrines, enshrining the deity regarded as the imperial ancestor. Affectionately called "Oise-san," it still observes the "shikinen sengu," rebuilding its main halls anew every twenty years.

松阪まつさか牛うしは、三重みえ県けんで育そだてられる黒毛くろげ和牛わぎゅうで、日本にほんを代表だいひょうする高級こうきゅうブランド牛うしです。とろけるようなやわらかさと豊ゆたかな霜降しもふりが特徴とくちょうで、すき焼やきやステーキで最高さいこうの味あじわいとして人気にんきを集あつめています。
Matsusaka beef is a Japanese Black wagyu raised in Mie and one of the nation's top luxury brands. Known for melt-in-the-mouth tenderness and rich marbling, it is prized at its finest in sukiyaki and steak.

三重みえ県けんの志摩しま地方ちほうは、御木本みきもと幸吉こうきちが世界せかいで初はじめて真珠しんじゅの養殖ようしょくに成功せいこうした地ちとして知しられています。波なみの穏おだやかな英虞湾あごわんで大切たいせつに育そだてられる美うつくしい真珠しんじゅは、今いまも世界中せかいじゅうの人々ひとびとを魅了みりょうしています。
The Shima area of Mie is known as the place where Kokichi Mikimoto first succeeded in culturing pearls. The beautiful pearls carefully raised in the calm waters of Ago Bay continue to captivate people around the world.
伊賀いがの忍者にんじゃ

三重みえ県けんの伊賀いが地方ちほうは、甲賀こうがと並ならぶ「忍者にんじゃ」の里さととして世界せかい的てきに有名ゆうめいです。仕掛しかけのある忍者にんじゃ屋敷やしきや資料しりょう館かんがあり、手裏剣しゅりけん投なげの体験たいけんなども楽たのしめることから、国内外こくないがいの観光かんこう客きゃくに人気にんきがあります。
The Iga area of Mie is world-famous, alongside Koka, as a home of the ninja. Trick-filled ninja houses and museums, plus experiences like throwing shuriken, make it popular with visitors from Japan and abroad.
熊野くまの古道こどう

県けん南部なんぶを通とおる熊野くまの古道こどうは、熊野くまの三山さんざんへと続つづく古ふるい参詣さんけいの道みちです。深ふかい森もりの中なかに石畳いしだたみの道みちが続つづき、世界せかい遺産いさん「紀伊きい山地さんちの霊場れいじょうと参詣さんけい道どう」の一部いちぶとして、今いまも多おおくの人ひとが歩あるきに訪おとずれます。
The Kumano Kodo, running through southern Mie, is an ancient pilgrimage route leading to the three Kumano grand shrines. Stone-paved paths wind through deep forest, and as part of the World Heritage Kii pilgrimage routes it still draws many walkers.
